Patrick came out and had my garage door fix within an hour, I was so pleased because I don't like leaving my car in the driveway. I set up the appointment Wednesday and sent him a picture of what was broken on the garage door. He replied back and it has me he knew exactly what was going on, within the hour he sent me an estimate for repair in the door and told me he would be out on Thursday. He came out on Thursday evening and within one hour he had replaced the part at my garage door was working again. I would recommend him to anyone because his workmanship was superb and he explained everything he was doing. Thank you again Patrick you are the best!

Dan was prompt on a estimate, house and concrete powerwashing along with some rust removal on the cement. I accepted the proposal immediately and texted him a week later and asked when we could schedule. He and his helper came out the next morning at 8am. Power washing was done well. Dan said he would come back to apply the rust remover. 2 weeks later and 2 text messages later, I have not heard back about the rust removal. I rated highly for power washing and value as this was the major component of the job and not so highly on customer service as I have not heard back on the last little piece of the job.
