I have a vent pipe with a hole or break on it. I requested services for a pipe bomb for the cracked pipe. Crew located the pipe that had a break within 15 minutes, and left two huge holes in our walls. Donald promised us a quote by that evening, and to return the next morning to finish the work. He then failed to deliver the quote, and upon being asked about it, attempted to gaslight us by telling us he would get to our job when he had time. His customer service is severely lacking and he was fired on the spot. We will find a legit service to finish the job.

Went to both hardware stores in town to buy a new sink, and neither Home Depot nor Lowe's offered installation services. That's when I found Desert Fix Home Services. They sent Josiah out, and he did an outstanding job. Communication was great from start to finish, the price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. If I ever need another handyman, they'll be my first call.

Donald with Desert Fix Home Services LLC did a fantastic job replacing our water main / hose spigot that had corroded over time and was leaking. They were fast, professional, used quality parts, and did a professional replacement service install. Also with minimal disruption and a very short down time with the water shut off to complete. Donald answered all of my questions, was professional, and very polite. Would use again for any plumbing , water heater, soft water, home filtration service in the future. Thank you!

Desert fix home services did a wonderful job!!! We had an issue with our shower valve, and they first tried to find the correct part to repair what we already had and keep the cost down. Unfortunately, after trying to find the part, it ended up needing to be cut into the wall and the whole valve replaced. They did a wonderful job from start to finish! They repaired the wall afterward and you can barely tell where they had to cut into it. They were both so kind, professional, and down-to-earth. I really appreciated that they took the time to try to find the part and save us money before going with the full replacement. We are so happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them!

We had our faucet and sink replaced we knew it would be an expensive job but Donald gave us a really good deal and we love our new sink!
