My last review was taken down. We are in a several monthlong battle that they have NOT responded to Angi or me. They have a laundry list of criminal acts they performed in my home to try and get more money. They lied throughout the entire process. And, we just turned on our furnace today and they left the paperwork from the a/c unit INSIDE our furnace. The plastic was burned to the papers. On top of not having things up to code, per the city, they tried to manipulate us by disconnecting the capacitor on the furnace to compromise the furnace so they could try and manipulate us into getting a new furnace. They brought a more expensive unit for the a/c then we were quoted, then tried to charge us for electrical work that was outlined in our original quote to make up for the more expensive unit. We later found out from an honest company that said the unit we originally had quoted was no longer available this year as they were making changes to the unit. They knew this going in and tried to pull a fast one. Do noise these criminals.
