Everyone was great to deal with and we got a reasonable price on a granite kit. countertop and a limestone master bath countertop. The help selecting stone was fantastic, the measurements were very hi-tech and the end result is beautiful. They only phase of the project that had a glitch was installation. The kit. had a bar with an 11" overhang. I was told it would be a good idea to get three support brackets that would be installed sunk into the plywood and under the granite so they would not show at all. The installer didn't seem to know about this and when I l asked about it it was too late. The installer told me there was nothing about it in the paperwork and I didn't need it anyway. It was in the contract and the head of sales told me the brackets were on the truck. Resolution is good. They took off the $300 I paid for the supports and are sending someone out tomorrow to install brackets I bought on Amazon. Separately - in the master bath, the installer did not drill the three holes for one of the faucets in a straight line. When I noticed it, he said they had used a ruler and it was straight, I must have been at an odd angle. The next day I looked at it with a steel rule in my hand. It was off and the factory agreed that my pic. showed that it was off. Good resolution - they sent someone out to slightly enlarge one side of one of the holes. This allowed the plumbing installers to locate the hardware exactly where it all needed to be all look great. It is a shame that such helpful and precision work through the whole process was almost ruined by a sloppy installation process.

Take for a while, but job is good.

This contractor was excellent from beginning to end. A no nonsense kind of mentality, which I really appreciate. The cost of this job was really great for the amount of work that was done. I would most definitely recommend DF Natural Stone, Inc.

The front office, the job estimatator and the installers was very professional.

Professional group, very helpful since I have hestitated for 25 years to do granite counter tops...they were there for questions and guidance..I would recommend their services with "no hestitations..." We are in the middle of the job and things look outstanding...

I own property in upscale neighborhoods and need vendors I can trust to get the job done right and sweat the details, cost is not an issue. Am sorry to say: that hasn't been my experience with DF Natural Stone. They broke my sink fixture when they installed it and forgot to put an access hole in the counter top for the RO dispenser. I had to have my plumber come in and finish the job they were contracted to do. Tony said "he would make it right with me� and agreed to pay half of the fixture price. Never saw that money. I told them I wanted half the plumbing money back because they only did half the work, never heard back from them. These people are not what they present themselves to be and when they get all the money their gone, so is their customer service.

Great work and service. They kept my kitchen clean even during the demolition. My husband and I like their job, so we ended up hiring them to do the kitchen backslash, too. We are very satisfied with both job they did. They also provide very good service, not typical "pay me and you won't hear from me anymore." this kind of vendor. I found a small problem after the installation and I contacted them. They contacted the silestone rep. for me and followed up on me. I am very pleased with their service. I will definitely recommend DF Natural Stone to my friends and family

Very helpful and accommodating. On time for all appointments. Quick service & great workmanship.

They originally said they could do the install in three days; when I told them I had my niece and her baby staying with me and couldn't live without my kitchen very easily....they got the whole job done in one day!

The DiFranco brothers delivered as promised. Tony found a great match to my existing granite tops, Frank measured to percision and Alberto did the install on schedule and keep to house clean.

Got new counters and recommended them to a friend. Knew right away they would be easy to work with. I was extremely pleased with the work they did and their professionalism.
