DFW Brick Repair

This company is great to work with and excellent quality of work done by Roy! We were worried about how the brick would match after the work was completed but it turned out better than we thought! Our house was built in 1984 so it needed a professional that knew how to custom match the mortar and he did. Highly recommend!

The man that did the repair, I think his name is Roy, knew his stuff and did a great job. He is to come back for more repairs.

I submitted the project and Jonathan came out to give a quote the same day. The work was done quickly and at a great price. The workers did a great job matching the existing colors of the brick and mortar.

We hired the company to put in a dog door. The dog door went in fine, but they left a big gap all the way around in the middle (about 2 inches), That left the area open to the inside of the walls. So far they have not come back to complete the job. We shall see, it is only been a few days.

Did outstanding repair repair work on cracked bricks and masonry. Matching masonry and repairing and coloring brick work was perfect. A little on the high end for costs but the results were worth it.

Jonathan came the day after I reached out. He was very helpful in recommending a repair for our broken brick. At our request, he also identified other areas that could become potential problems and divided our bid to separate the needed repairs from the recommended repairs. I’m waiting to hear if the repair person will be here Saturday or next week. As a quick fix Jonathan was kind enough to put some mortar in the broken brick. With rain coming hopefully we can determine if that is causing the leak or if there is something else we can’t see.

Easy to work with. Same day service to estimate the job. Fair price provided (in ball park of insurance carrier estimate). Arrived as scheduled. Went above and beyond to match existing brick, although house was built in 1987, Great communication with project manager and crew throughout the repair process. When work was completed, you could not tell there had every been damage and the worksite showed no signs the crew was there. I hope that I don't have a need to contact them again; but if I do, DFW Brick Repair will be my go-to source. I am completely satisfied with their work on our home and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They called promptly, came out the next day to estimate the job and completed it the day after that.

Great experience. Rains were heavy. Had a leak that I narrowed down to the stonework on the chimney. Contacted DFW at 1pm, estimator came out at 5. Work started the next day at 9am. Complete by lunch time. Fantastic and professional experience.

I had some brick pulling away from the house next to the garage door. Jonathan came out and provided an estimate. I thought it was steep, but after some back and forth we came to an agreement. The next day his crew showed up about 30 minutes late but did a great job with the brick. Part of what I wanted was for them to caulk where brick met wood, but apparently they didn't know they were supposed to do that and didn't have anything but clear caulk with them. I decided to do the caulking myself and saved some money. All in all, DFW Brick Repair did a good job and I would hire them again - at the right price.

We had several places in our brick that needed attention. Although there was an initial delay in starting the project, the work they did was amazing. They matched the brick and mortar so well we can hardly tell where the new meets the original. I would definitely recommend.

I have had brick repair done before. This was the best match to the original. They were prompt, quick, reasonably priced and Iâ d recommend them to anyone.

Had a problem with the project and although they said they would come back and check out my issue. They never came back although there was communication and they said they would. Ticked me off.

DFW Brick Repair came to my house, and was very thorough with their assessment and estimate. I was comfortable with both and hired them. They completed the work over two days as expected, and the result is terrific. I had broken, missing and cracked bricks replaced and it looks terrific! Just like it should, as if the repairs had been there all along. Perfect brick matches. I will definitely hire them again for all masonry needs.

I had a small repair job. Only three bricks to be replaced. They showed up on time, did a good job and cleaned up. I would use them again.
