Did not set remotes to open garage door and when door lowered it knocked of light beam off on bottom of track each time it lowered. Did not haul off old door like they said they would.

The two technicians came out late Saturday afternoon (6:30 PM) and stayed until the door was operating as good as possible. The door ans mechanism are approximately 30 years old. The only complaint is one of logistics. The office personel thought my location us about 50 miles north of where it is. T he schedule had to be adjusted; however, I was impressed they did not reschedule for another day. They honored their commitment to perform the work that day. Perhaps my expectation on price was a bit lower than the actual cost. I was not given an estimate until the workers arrived and was told the flat fee for their coming out. The total cost was labor.

Bill is an old fashon business man. He explained the problem, the fix action and the cost. When we had agreed on the price (no need to haggle) he shook my hand and went to work. He's social, but always working to correct the problem. Not only will I give him high recommendations, I will call him back this week to perform the additional suggestions he recommended.
