DFW Express Appliances

The repair work was for my dryer but without charging me any extra he included fixing my icemaker... I had already gotten the parts for it and thought I could do it myself...(famous last words...) very positive experience.

Hired them in early August to repair the ice & water dispenser in the door of my refrigerator. TJ came out and "fixed"it, but the next day it was not working again. So, two weeks later he came back to try again. This time he left without fixing it claiming that the electronic panel had a recall on it and he would have to order the recalled part from GE. I waited another few weeks and when I did not hear from him, I called back and TJ told me he was looking at the GE shipment tracking information as we spoke and that it should be there later in the week. Another few weeks passed and I did not hear from him. I tried calling several times and left multiple messages but they would not call me back. When I did finally get TJ on his cell, he told me that he was still waiting on the part. (What happened to the that "I'm looking at the tracking number now..." from our previous conversation?) So I've paid almost $300 and still, months later, the appliance is not working. But wait, it gets better. So I called GE and they informed me that the refrigerator has no recalls on it, and that the interface dispenser assembly is readily available. So, how do you think I should rate them? The bad news is that I had him repair my dishwasher just a few months before and found him prompt, pleasant and reasonable. I had hoped I would be using his service for all my repairs, but now DFW Appliance has just taken my money and not looked back.

T J showed up on time and gave us a fair estimate concerning the repair of our dishwasher. He advised that considering the age of the dishwasher it would better to just replace it. We purchased a new one and he returned and installed it for us. I would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs.

The technician called the night before to set a time and he was on time.He explained what he was going to do,cleaned up after himself again explained everything about the microwave made sure I was comfortable with the operation of the microwave.I would use the again. Thanks

Very professional, great customer service, installed a seal on our freezer and said it was guaranteed for a year and his work was guaranteed for 30 days, 2 days later the freezer starting freezing over again and he said he probably got a bad seal and that he would reorder.... that was 2 weeks ago and we still have not heard from anyone at the company.

Service was quick and efficient. Repairman very knowledgeable and had good recommendations.

He missed diagnosed the repair and broke the drawer glide in the freezer and left it that way without telling me.LG rep fixed the refrigerator and told me about the glide.

Showed up when expected, efficient, helpful, informative, and let me know when they were on the way back after getting parts.
