"Michelle K., I take these reviews seriously and, from our record, you can see that we rarely get reviews like this. It is troubling to me that some of these things happened. We have policy in place that is supposed to prevent much of this and I will certainly look into what happened to cause our failure to communicate with you this time around. Yard cleanliness and open doors are not something I like to see happening. We normally cut tile on top of a piece of carpet so that we can simply "roll up 80% of the mess" when we are done with little additional cleanup needed. This obviously didn't happen either and it will be addressed. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have anything additional that you would like to discuss. My cell is 817-896-3737. I hope we get another chance to let you experience how we normally operate. Best Regards, Rob Walker owner"
