No on our way phone call, but was home. Did a good job, polite & professional.

The work was good but didn't leave it vacuumed of little bits of carpet filament upstairs and left some bits of carpet on driveway but all in all I would hire again and the work was done in one day on a large house with stairs.

At times our salesman was a bit flighty; but he definitely worked with us and gave us an excellent deal. The real stars of this show were the men who installed the floor. Even without their supervisor present, the rest of the team went straight to work, didn't waste time chatting, and took only short breaks. The floors look absolutely incredible.

DFW Flooring Warehouse did an outstanding job re-carpeting a bedroom where I had water damage. They were fast, reliable and courteous. Customer service was tip-top and the price was definitely right.

They responded quickly to our requests and helped us find a great carpet for our needs. We later found out that our neighbors, who were doing extensive remodeling, said that DFW Flooring Warehouse was the best of all the contractors they hired!

Great job and done professionally and on time. Do a great job prepping the floor which is why they have a great reputation and their floors hold up so well.

The salesman only brought 3 samples of wood-look ceramic tile. We decided on one of them though. Should have insisted on seeing more. He also said the installers would be able to slant a transition to the other floor type, which they actually could not. The installers left our yard a mess where they were cutting tile, no regard to the fact that the lawn gets mowed and not good to chuck tile pieces out of the blades when mowing. Also left house quite dusty and tried to keep the front door fully open in the winter for convenience, but no regard to our heating bill. Just rather poor on efficiency and customer treatment. Also, we had to order the grout, and the salesman said customer service would call when it came in, but they didn't. I had to call and ask how much longer to which they said it had been there already. Overall, average job, I'm not totally displeased, and in the end, happy with the tile. The entire experience could have been better if salesman was more honest, brought more than the samples he wanted to sell, if the crew was more considerate of customer property, and if customer service was what it should be...simply on top of orders.

I used DFW flooring warehouse for my entire upstairs carpet install. They were prompt and accommodating to my needs. I was able to purchase high-quality materials and have been very happy with the results The only thing that could be better is if they had a larger crew install, it took the poor guys the majority of the day, but hey they did good work.

Tile is beautiful grout lines are larger than originally discussed but overall we are pleased.

We had tile put in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms as well as new carpet for the bedrooms. They came out quickly to provide a quote and had the work done a few weeks later.

The person who came to my home entered with preconceived notions. She brought in the cheapest looking samples and then proceeded to sell me what the company wanted to get rid off. Be careful and make sure you get what you want and not what they need to get out of the warehouse.

We started searching for flooring for just our bathrooms as we had some cracked tile. Sharron with DFW Flooring Warehouse was very friendly and she came out to the house twice so we could figure out what we wanted to do. We needed to transition to other already installed tile in the hallway. She recommended a mosaic tile to help with that. It looks amazing! It only took one day for the entire install 930-6! We are very happy with our new floors.

From salesmen to installer, my opinions and concerns mattered to whomever I was speaking to and the work was adjusted to satisfy my desires.

The installation personnel arrived on time and worked diligently all day and did a great job. The sales rep Sharon persevered through all the initial problems to make sure that I got exactly the carpet I needed to make my house look its best.

Great service by the sales rep Kris, he has gone out of his way to make sure everything is perfect.

Rep was not very personable. Not really into helping you to decide on what you would like. Not much variety on carpet choices.
