It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. The crew arrived on time they completed the job in one day the answered any questions I had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company you will be PLEASED IF NOT SOMETHING COULD BE WRONG WITH YOU. Spoke with Ms. Deborah you can hear Christ in her voice. Mr. Cice Collins my first contact he came and surveyed my issue gave me his recommendations and I am now all level super great guy. Great experience all the way around. Bruce was very friendly and informative when he came to do the quote. He promptly responded to my emails and questions. Hugo and his crew were nice and performed their work quietly. I was concerned after the first day when the holes were dug, that the yard was going to be damaged and the concrete on my back patio would look bad. However, everything was left in good shape. I would recommend them to others.

Good job on the foundation part . But the clean up wasn't good they left their lunch bags in my yard and two shirts and half heartily back filled the dirt. The foundation part itself was good.

Once they start the process if something happens and they tell you they can't do it you are left with the aftermath. Meaning holes left around your house,plants totally ruined and further damage to foundation. They removed 3 piers and did not put them back.

"We ran into a very unusual situation with (consumer name withheld per their request) foundation. There was a very thick piece of concrete poured around the foundation, we have no way of knowing what is under the dirt until we start digging. We did everything we could to get the job done for her, if we can not do the job properly we will not do it at all. We sent two different crews out there and just did not see anyway of doing the job right. We also did not charge (consumer name withheld per their request) anything for the labor. My sincerest apologies for you property not being cleaned up properly and am willing to pay for your plants that were ruined."

DFW Foundation Repair did an EXCELLENT job on the work I needed. The work crew showed up promptly, finished the work quickly and did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning up after themselves when they were done. Very nice and professional group of guys. They even fixed a little cracked corner on my driveway with some extra concrete they had leftover from my foundation work. I would highly recommend them, they're great!
