My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We were sick, our kids were sick. It was a Sunday night, after hours, and the gentlemen came and did a superb job, worked very hard efficiently. Cannot be more impressed with the service provider. Thank you.

Had good professional service. Just did not like the fact that I set an appointment and did not receive a call when he was goign to be late. I had to call twice because he was over an hour and a half late. I almost canceled my apointment but he was only 3 miles away from my home. I rated his customer service this way because of the lack of customer service provided in keeping in contact with me about him being late.

"We truly are sorry for any inconvenience our technician may have caused the customer in being late fact is does not happen often but is does happen.our tech was scheduled to work on one appliance at the customer scheduled before this customer however when he arrived customer requested other service on multiple apiances this put the tech behind time we do have a record of technician notifying the office however our router failed to notify customer additional procedures are being imemented to prevent the from re acurring."
