    I needed help evaluating a home that I had under contract. Brian made some scheduling adjustments and was able to get the plumbing inspected and provide me with some great recommendations on what needed to be done to update the plumbing. I really appreciated all of their help!

    Prompt service. Fixed problem quickly. Will use again for plumbing needs. Will not use rotor-rooter ever because they call at all hours. Not cool.

    Good work. Called on time, but arrived 40 minutes late. Too expensive for recurring projects. Their hourly rate is above average for the work provided.

    Response from Company:

    Customers are normally provided one hour appointment windows. Our profile indicates our specialty to be leak detection & testing, plumbing pipe or drain epoxy pipe lining (restoration), repair or replacement. Generally, small fix it jobs are avoided as this is not our company's focus area. In this case the customer was charged an hourly rate that was approx. $20 to $25 less than our competitors.

    Jon Cavendar was wonderful. I had to coordinate (a lot) with him to do work in my shower since I was having tile installed and he was always very attentive, on time and went above and beyond to check in with me on the progress. I will definitely use him again!!!
