DFW Remodelization

Dylan Bales, owner, abandoned the project, kept my money and left me with a huge mess to clean up. ***********WARNING********* The concrete and lumber (that I purchased) was left out in the rain. There was trash (cigarette butts, lumber scraps, paper) left behind for me to pick up. I am 63 year old female with a stack of 12 foot 4 x 4's and several 50 lb. bags of concrete that I have no vehicle to return myself. Dylan Bales promised over and over to return to the job, telling me he was on his way and simply not arriving. He asked for cash upfront, which was my mistake. He also asked me to send it to a friend so there is something really fishy going on in his life and business dealings. My deck needs the promised second coat and nail holes to putty. I gave him a cash deposit for another job where he scraped the ceilings without protecting the floors and then disappeared with my $$ leaving all the scrapings laying on an unprotected floor -- not to mention the entire unit was left open and unlocked and a claim of lost key was made. I should never have hired such a shady individual but, in the midst of a move and a million other things and a bit brain dead I made this impulsive decision, mostly to try and help him get started as he claimed to have just moved here. I have since learned he has no license, no insurance and a criminal record. I hope no one else gets taken advantage of by Dylan Bales. Next time Ill insist on paying through Angi!

Dylan and his crew were completely unprofessional, they were always late to the job site. Furthermore, Dylan would not answer or return my calls and text messages. They did not clean up after themselves, nor did they care about your personal belongings getting dirty. In addition, they did not finish the job and still collected the money. I am having to hire someone else to redo my entire bedroom because of their lack of knowledge and availability to complete the job. I DO NOT RECOMMEN THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
