Hired them to consult about noise in the attic. Took picture of paw prints, said it was a squirrel(s). Turned out to be a raccoon. Paid for squirrel detergent, not effective. Was informed to trap raccoon, no offer to do it nor seal up outside. In retrospect, I should have caught the size of the footprint. Legally, they'll come back and say "rodent"on the invoice but the sales guy was clear it was squirrels. Am still trying to get someone out to inspect the eves.

5 stars, Danny was amazing. We had used another company 3 years ago and thereâ  s a reason we didnâ  t go back. Danny called and listened to my issues, was out the next day to start treatment. He was very open and honest about what I really needed done and did not try to sell me on anything other than that. He vacuumed and sprayed my attic, outside the home and the wheel wells of our cars. He said the spray would draw them out and I would have increased activity at first. Spot on with that! When he returned the following week he sealed everything, vacuumed again and itâ  s been pure quiet ever since. With our invoice, we also received before and after pictures so we knew exactly what was done. Loved that Danny said he canâ  t get rid of everything in my neighborhood but he can make my house a place they donâ  t want to go.

Ken was right on time and explained the process clearly.

Kenny was a God sent. Stressing the severity of my Rodent problem was under evaluated by my previous Pest control company. Kenny came in to my home and diagnosed the situation and gave me recommendations and went to work resolving the issue. He is A+ as a Professional, Knowledgeable, On Time individual. Dedication to what he is doing, and backing what you can expect from his services. Took about a week or less for changes to be noticed. RIP OFF TERRIBLE!!!! From hire in August to today Dec 15 WE STILL HAVE RATS or varmints. Hired August to kill or remove squirrels or rats between the 1st and 2nd floor and attic. I copy of payment receipt for $1,651.93 amount that was taken on 8/18/2020. This is a scam a terrible company lousy service and ineffective pest control. The constant refrain is the house is sealed , cant find any holes, this should not take this long should, should take 6 weeks , some houses take longer On the first visit showed Kenny exactly where in the garage wall, first floor that the varmints were running and making noise. I also showed him 2 places that he could access to look with a scope or trap. He claimed to seal the house. Set traps and came back a few times. On a later visit I showed him where between the floors we could NOW hear a nest of babies which had been born after the house was sealed. This company maintains that they seal the house then they set traps. That the varmints will be forced to the attic to the traps. There has been one rat caught in a trap. We have night and day varmint activity. When I call Kenny now is accusing us of having food in the house they can access. I have told him that I have cleaned out the pantry and secured all food when this started. His mantra is well some houses take longer, it shouldn't take this long, the house is sealed and I must have food accessible in the house. Totally unacceptable. He claims he came out again on Dec 4. I called Dec 4th he made an commitment to come that Wednesday and bring his big ladders. He did not I know because I have to unlock the fence for him to properly check the house. SCAM ALERT - look at the other reviews on here complaining of being ripped off! Stay away from this group as they will tell you anything to take your money and leave you hanging. I rarely leave reviews but feel I should warn others in order to avoid the hassle these clowns provide. $323 to drop a $30 cage and leave. Now you're supposed to call and chase them down to come back and relocate the cage? - doesn't make any sense - plus it was rabbits in my yard, not armadillos like they claimed - STAY AWAY FROM ALL NEEDS PRO!
