Terrible customer service. We're moving to a different location and they are charging us a fee to move even though they do not service the new area

"Hi Paul, this is a difficult situation since you are moving out of the country so soon into your agreement. We do have options, however. You can transfer the service to someone else ? a family member or friend, or the new homeowner. Also, if your company is relocating you, they will usually pay off your agreement.
