Great communication and reasonably priced.

I was very happy with the first treatment I received today for mosquito control. The technician patiently answered my many questions and included my concerns and thoughts in his treatment plan. The office contact person was very patient and willing to address my concerns. They both wanted to be sure I was happy with their service.

We had a great experience with the company as well as the products used. The gentlemen who treated my house asked what creepy crawlers I wanted to treat for, where I had seen them and if kids and pets were in the home. They covered all the safety of spraying inside and outside with pets and little kids. We did opt-out of inside spraying for the first go around due to our wide-variety of animals. Turns out they did such a great job on the outside, that there has been no creepy crawlers inside. We have a massive deck on the back for bugs to live under, but even then, nothing inside. My kids use the garage as a hang-out space, and as young kids do, leave crumbs and juice out for days at a time. Still nothing! To say we have been happy with the service is an understatement. From beginning-to-end of our appointment, we feel 100% listened to and not just as another customer invoice on a list. Tthey explained why they are using each product and where they are applying it. They listened to my concerns with kids, pets and our deck and explained their game plan. We will only be using DFX in the future.

Last year we were overrun with mosquitoes such that we could not enjoy our outdoor spaces. I called Ken with DIS.IN.FX Pest Control to come out over a month ago and treat for the mosquitoes we were already starting to encounter. I also asked him to spray our fenceâ s backyard for fleas, ticks and chiggers. Ken sprayed as requested and also put out multiple mosquito bait stations that are designed to maie the mosquitoes sterile and stop breeding cycles. Since his treatment we have not seen a mosquito in the backyard, and that includes very early morning and late evening - times when they were the worst last year despite fogging repeatedly. We are thrilled with the results!!

I recently had my home serviced by Andrew with DFX. I am so impressed by them. I used another company before and this is the first time Iâ ve used DFX. I am so happy that I made the switch. They are kind, professional, and extremely detailed. The services that they offer are everything I need and Iâ m able to add anything extra that I might need in the future. I was given a detailed report at the end as well. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control services/maintenance for their home!
