Steven did a great job installing my gate arms and circuit board last year, though he also pushed an expensive remote monitoring subscription and video setup that I declined. When I later needed a simple board replacement after lightning damage, he gave me a date and never showed. I had already purchased the part just needed the install. Afterward, he answered the phone once and suggested I could probably install it myself. When I ran into issues trying to install the circuit, I only received ?I?m in a meeting, I?ll call you later? texts with no real follow-up. After three weeks of waiting, I?m still without service and had to look elsewhere. Good technician, but declining the subscription or needing just a small job seemed to mean no interest in basic customer service. I wish he had just told me he wasn?t interested in helping me instead of stringing me along. It?s a shame ? this could be a good business. Go elsewhere unless you need a large install or a subscription service.

I would definitely recommend and use D-Fence Fencing again. I interviewed and got bids from several companies for a drive way gate. Their bid was not the lowest nor the highest. There are a lot of considerations when putting in a gate - swing out, swing in, mount on the left side, mount on the right side - and I really appreciated the suggestions I received from Steve and the rationale behind each one. The other companies did not compare. The quality of the work was excellent and I'm very pleased with the results.

called Steve, the owner, to get a quote for repairing and adding electricity to our wrought iron gate and his quote was far less than others I received. We hired Steve and he completed the work in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. The work was completed to our expectations. I highly recommend D-Fence.
