I can't say enough good things about Glenn Fricke at DG Inspeks! He went above and beyond to get a reinspection done for one of my clients, ensuring every detail was thoroughly checked and addressed. Glenn was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the reinspection quick and seamless. Highly recommend for any home inspection needs!

As a First time VA home buyer, Glenn the Owner did my 4-point inspection. All came out well, However fast forward 9 months. Glenn was hired again by new buyers and Glenn put in the inspection a cosmetic problem. Now when speaking to him about why that wasn't in the first report, He Quoted "My opinion was it wasn't significant enough", When asked what his job was as an inspector, and acknowledging that issue was there back when I bought the house but he "Felt" it didn't warrant being in the report. Now as I was the one buying the home, not him; This should have been put in the first report; and I could have gotten the original owner to fix. Now I have to come out of pocket 10k. Glenn refused to settle the issue; even after acknowledging he saw it there in the first inspection. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. As knowing a lot of realtors and apart of the local realtor association; I will be making sure they are aware to stay AWAY from this business.

We have had DG's inspector, Glenn Fricke, perform several types of home inspections for us over the last several years. His attention to detail during the inspections was obvious, and his answers when we had questions were knowledgeable and very helpful. We especially appreciated his expertise when we were considering buying a property and needed to know if there were any issues to be concerned about. Although I've worked with them only for inspections, I would certainly hire them if I needed professional help with a construction project of any type.

I had called some other company prior to this one for my home inspection and they were not reliable too expensive and not honest. DG contruction & inspection were there for the day i needed them the price was 100 less then the other company and they saved me from purchasing a home that needed a new roof I cant thank them enough.
