Courteous and clean. Divulged useful information and recommended improved air duct design. Fininshed job in timely manner and yielded an improved air/heating system.

Evaluation and estimate was done with an actual inspection, Price was in the medium range of estimates. (Another contractor did estimate by phone, no inspection) The furnace was replaced and coil repaired on schedule and with good cleanlines practices, protective shoe covers & tarps, etc. I was impressed with the quick response after submitting request to Servicemagic for the job, less than ten minutes for phone call.
