If you want something done with care and done right the first time, Dean is impressive. I'm restoring my great grandparents 128 year old home. He completely refurbished one bathroom, and built my 2nd new bathroom from scratch, plus the other 104 other things I needed done. Dean doesn't cut corners and is thorough. Shows up on time and is honest and upfront on time and expense. I travel for a living, so it was nice I could completely trust him for a week or more, come home and a certain project was done, and done well. Now Dean usually works alone, so if you are looking for speed or something to be done overnight, he might not be the kind of contractor your looking for. If you want it done well and professionally, I would easily recommend Dean. I also liked the fact if I presented Dean with something out of his expertise, he let me know and advised me I would need a specialist, such as an electrician or advanced plumber.
