Rafael came and was able to get our water heater pilot working quickly in a very professional manner. He the took extra time to go over its operation. There was no push to replace the heater which is eight years old, if I have more serious plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely call Diamond first.

My house is 73 years old. Andrew not only went to great lengths to find the parts but was able to connect the new parts to the old plumbing. They would get a ten if it was possible. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. He let me know up front that he may not be able to find the parts and what he would have to do if he could not find the parts. He called me the same evening to let me know that he was able to find the parts and gave me an appointment. I had faucets replaced in two showers. The shower wall and the floor outside the showers were immaculate when he finished.
