They fixed a small leak below the house that was required by a home inspector before closing. The plumber was friendly and efficient. He even replaced a small amount of insulation that had come loose. Reasonably priced!

Tankless Water Heater - Install
Late, did not clean after or put things back. Did not finish job and it has been over 6 months. Roof leaks around heater vent. Did not install gas connection. Stopped answering my calls.

Heat Pump - Install or Replace
My thirteen year old heat pump had broken down. I called D. H. Jones office to schedule a service call and they were here the next day. They were really nice and showed me the problem and I decided to replace instead of repair. My replacement was scheduled for thursday, but was started on tuesday and finished on wednesday. Work was good and service was good. Workers were very nice.

Dewayne and Derrick were very patient and pleasant. Their work is excellent. Highly skilled plumbers that can fix anything. They are very professional. I am extremely pleased with the repairs.

Sump Pump - Repair or Replace
These guys treated me like I was part of their family. I asked a million questions and they were happy to answer all of them. They guy that came to the house (Nick) was a young, polite, professional that quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me several options and the final bill was LESS than the quote. This is a company that should set the standard for all other companies.

I have a burst pipe under the house. They came out and shut off water and went back to the other job they was on. Them came back later and fix the leak.

Heat Pump - Install or Replace
They did a Great job for the money. I called their service line for a question. Then they called me back to tell me that their Service Manager and the son would come by to look at my unit, check out the new thermostat and answer any questions I had. They were very informative and I asked for some business cards to show to my neighbors . I will use them again..

I just want to say that D H Jones came to my rescue one evening after hours. I arrived home about 5:15 pm and found that my furnace was not working. I called them up, and I was back in business in about an hour. Fantastic service and great pricing! Thank you D H Jones and Son!!!

I would say that their prices are rather high. To fix two leaky faucets and replace a disposal, it was over $300.00 - and that was with a senior discount.

Plumbing for a Remodel or Addition - Install
Had new commode picked up by plumbers and installed along with two sink faucet leaks fixed. Total bill was nearly $900 and one of "repaired" leaks is worse now than before ""repaired". Next plumbing repairs will not be with this company.
