Dallan was prompt with the bid process, had wonderful references and everyone we spoke to was extremely happy with the work performed. The job was small by normal standards but he took it on anyway and promised to give it the same effort as any job they do. He came up with alternatives when decisions changed and was very fair with the price. When we encountered an unexpected condition, he recommended actions we could quickly and confidentially make. His crew was polite and on time and because of the references, we felt sure we could leave the premises if we had to and nothing adverse would happen. The only aspect we were not totally satisfied with was the painting detail. We realize it is tough to paint a whitish ceiling and trim with brown walls and get the coverage perfect but we had hoped for a better outcome after the 2nd attempt. We'll probably try ourselves with a very small brush and an edge guide and see if it can be improved. That's minor and we don't want to leave a bad impression; it's just a stickler point for that particular situation. We would definitely call him for future work and will happily provide good feedback to anyone who asks.

D.H. Loder Construction did an outstanding job on our new addition. My wife and I kept changing our minds and adding new ideas to the job almost every day. They were great in working with us to insure we got exactly what we wanted and were very helpful when what we wanted wasn�t exactly clear to anyone including ourselves. D.H. Loder's employees for the three months they were working on my house became like part of the family. My four year old still talks about them every time he sees a bobcat. They were respectful of the fact that even though my house was under construction my family and I still needed to live there. Great Job! Jim.

Loder's quality of work is very good and all of the people involved were very polite and professional. I feel our project was poorly organized/planned and not staffed properly for the majority of the job. Most days we had only one person working on our house when there were enough tasks for 3-4 people. Original estimate was decent and our updates and changes pushed the price up. The site was kept fairly clean but at times it was very messy and unorganized. I would recomend using Loder Construction but it would have been best to do more up front planning and details of the project to get a more accurate estimate of cost and manpower.
