He gave me a quote, then canceled an hour before arriving at my house for work. He claims it is because he does not have enough wire. When did I ask if the price would remain the same if he obtained the wire by the following week? His response was that it would cost more money. Fortunately, I found a better price and more integrity with another electrician. He initially asked me what other quotes I had, and I mentioned two that were double his price. This shows his lack of integrity in hoping to make more than his original quote.
