They came out the day I called with my problem. They had to leave to go empty the truck , but returned to finish the job. Had to dig quite a bit & they didn't charge a fortune. They were reasonably priced & friendly service.

After having my septic inspected I found out there was 6 inches of sludge still in the bottom of my septic system, I contacted them and they said they would come out and redo the job but that was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from them. UPDATE 09/23/2020: He did contact me and did come out to do the job properly.

He was initially a day later than he said he would be. Sped through the repair and didn t check his work. Told me all was good. About 2 weeks later I had same issue. He promised me on several occasions he would be out soon (meaning that day.). Never showed up. Horrible customer service, and didn t not review his work. He texted me that something is tripping the breaker box and the pump he put in was new and basically there was nothing he could do. I had to hire someone else come. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Searched for a pro on Homeadvisor on Sunday when we found a problem with the septic system. Received a callback on Sunday and pro came out Monday morning as promised. Worked a good while and thoroughly explained the problem. He is returning in a week or so to complete the work when the ground dries out. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend the company.
