This is not an honest company. We were told they would be able to complete the job in 1 day. After four days, the job was still not complete. Excuses were given left and right. They did have a death in the family and we tried to be patient but we were never told anything upfront. I am not sure why they continued with a job when a tragedy had happened. Communication was awful. When I tried to call, one number did not have a working voicemail and the other did not have a voicemail recorded prompt. We were also told they would start first thing in the morning but they did not come until almost noon. Other days, the job did not start before 10:00. They have no tree removal equipment and only 1 pick-up truck which delayed the progress of the tree removal. We were also told a stump removal guy would follow behind their work; however, this said guy was backed up and not available for the job. Again, we were not informed of this and they were going to rent a stump grinder and do it themselves. After much frustration, we terminated the job (even though we never signed a contract). They threatened take us to court despite us willing to do a partial payment. They also threatened to drop the remaining tree on our house and bring back 7 loads of tree stumps and dump in the middle of our driveway. We had to call the police. They then threatened to dump the stumps in the street. There is no customer service or professionalism. The job itself was good even without tree removal equipment but it is not a true professional company with which ANYONE should work. I am not sure why they are even on Home Advisor and I strongly recommend them being taken off it at all possible!! We thought we would work with a small family run business but that was a huge mistake!! We payed them off just to be done!

Lack of communication did not complete the job as agreed to in the time frame. Hard to complete a 2-day with a possible 3 day job as agreed upon when you do not show up until almost noon, leave for a mid-lunch break and then quit for the day around 5p. Found cigarette butts in the yard, or should say the dogs found them, drinking containers, etc. Had to clean up the yard after the job completed. The number one complaint is the no-show days and lack of communication. The trees were removed, stumps were ground. I had to spread out the mounds of chipped stumps as they were left in a high mound. I had to pull the tree debris away from the privacy fence both inside and outside the fence. They did a good job as far as taking the trees down. It is a shame to have to give a low rating, if they had done as agreed or at least communicated as to why they were showing up late, no-showed and did not throw trash into the yard... this would be a different review.

I hired this company to remove trees from my yard. They sent me a contract which stated they would removed all the debris and limb that they cut down off my property. They did NOT do that. They packed the limb at the back of my property. When I asked them to removed the limb before getting paid, they threatened me to bring FOX 8 to my property and neighborhood to give me negative publicity. It was that bad. I had to pay them to go and report them to Home Advisor. Its bad! you do not treat a customer that way.
