He started out nice with a fair price, but forgot to do one of the ten he agreed to do. When he returned, he did not tell me he had a minimum $65 fee applied to his first hour and $55/hour thereafter. My windows were stuck, so he oiled them and tried to charge me another $115. I paid him $100, but felt taken advantage of. He wanted me to pay for time that he volunteered and took so long at a store that I had to call him three times. Had I known I was being charged hourly, I never would have agreed. I had asked for estimates on other work, but he gave me no idea of the costs before standing in line at the cashier with my having to call!
