Abandoned my Project 3/4 payed .

"We take our work seriously. Payment was due before plastering per our agreement. The client didnt pay the final 1/4 by 05/03/2026 as agreed to plaster. Crew was on site and ready to work. As shown in the clients photos, the spa was getting prepped for plaster. The client was not present and had not paid the balance. Payment terms could not be changed, so the agreement was terminated for nonpayment. Mastic 3rd photo around the pool/spa was not in our scope; the client said they would handle it."

I worked with Contreras this past month. We did a pool replastering for our old chipping plaster. We got a bid that was reasonable, , once we approved we got payment schedule, date and timeline (which i find important specially since we hosted this holiday).
