My driveway buckled in two places because tree roots grew under it. I needed about 50 feet of concrete replaced. D.I.A.P. gave me the lowest estimate for the work I wanted done: remove the old driveway, dig up and remove the tree roots underneath, level and compact the exposed ground, use a higher strength concrete, lay a 5 inch slab reinforced with steel rebars and expansion and control joints. They did all the work in one day and cleaned up afterward. Their work is beautiful. I'm an engineer and am picky about quality. If I have more concrete work to be done, these are the people who will do it. They have my highest recommendation.

Very efficient company. Very competitive cost, very professional staff. Very friendly and highly qualified to the concrete work. Owners were always willing to help us reduce costs. Came in time, did a fantastic work , left everything clean. The finish of the work was amazing. There is a large difference between the previous original concrete work ( with missing metal bars in the concrete structure) and this new concrete work where they made sure to insert metal bars every 18” spacing. They also fixed broken corners. I do highly recommend this company.

Wow! How impressed and satisfied we were with the excellent, careful, focused, attentive and detailed work of Mr. Perez and his crew! They repaired 17 driveways of the 43 in our condo association in The Woodlands. With four days of driveway repairs and the fifth day cleaning up, what an improvement this has made to our neighborhood! And what a sincere, thoughtful, and warm person Mr. Perez was through the entire process! It’s obvious that his mission is quality craftsmanship! Will certainly have him work on more of our driveways again!
