Addition to Existing Structure Building Service

10X20' garage addition, new siding, new roof. My project started out good,but towards the end he got flakey. I made the mistake of giving him the last payment when there was still a little bit of work left to do. He didn't finish the siding on the back of the garage, he put old used 1X4" trim on one of my doors, he put roof vents down at the bottom of my roof, and didn't deliver the extra wood that I had paid for. And now he won"t answer his phone. So would I hire him again? NO.
