Diligent was born out of a clear need within the inspection industry for a high level of quality and professionalism. My inspector was AWESOME! He was very courteous and professional and did a top notch job. I'm always looking for the best deal/value for my money. To be honest, Diligent's price was a little higher than what I expected to pay. However I felt like to couldn't mess around with mediocre inspectors who were cheaper. Hands down, I would spend the money again with Diligent. The report was easy to understand and follow. While my home was new construction, the inspector he found things that the builder had not recognized.

He was on time, professional and gave an explanation for everything. I was very pleased with the written report which had photos as well as written opinions.
