Vitaly did a fantastic job, our water heater is in our basement, so the job was hard to do. He did it perfectly and left no signs of work been done there. He added some wood support that was not there, and now everything is facing the right way. He is our plumer now forever!!!

Their name says it all ... Diligent. We wanted the washer and dryer moved from the upper level to the lower level and needed new hook-ups installed. The work performed far exceeded our expectations. It was seamless, efficient, and reasonably priced. We have found "our" plumber and will use them exclusively. We will be forever grateful for Diligent and the person who recommended them to us.

Diligent answered my message quickly, scheduled the replacement promptly, and completed the installation in one trip. All work was tidy and solid. I will use Diligent for all plumbing needs.

I’ve hired Vitaly before to replumb my crawl space. Since then, he’s my plumber. Good service providers are hard to find and keep. This time he replaced an outdoor faucet and stopped 2 faucet leaks. Such a nice person who does excellent work.

We had Diligent Plumbing out to help with a leaking shower in April of 26?. Vitaliy is a true professional; when the replacement shower cartridge malfunctioned he came back immediately, no questions asked and remedied the issue free of charge. A trustworthy and skilled plumber to say the least, highly recommended.

Vitaliy did an excellent job servicing our water heater. He flushed the unit and replaced the necessary parts efficiently. He was honest, fast, and reasonably priced. Great communication from start to finish!

Fixed incorrectly installed piping under kitchen sink that was letting sewer gas out whenever the sink backed up while just running the water for a few minutes to rinse dishes. Completely re-plumbed the entire setup and connected it directly to the main drain, as it should have been before we bought the house 6 years ago. Also hooked up a sink in the bar area that had never been plumbed before. Estimate was fair and communication about the repair visit was easy. They had to re-schedule once due to an extenuating circumstance, but they were prompt to notify me and came out for the repair a few days later. They even tied in my reverse osmosis water system directly into the drain setup. It’s all been working great. No more sink back ups and no more sewer smell.

Attempted toilet tank repair per youtube video. Closed water valve to tank but water continued flowing. Decided to let a plumber fix issue. Quick response, reasonably priced job.

I worked with Vitaliy at Diligent Plumbing and he replaced my faulty turn off valve and had to drain, rework and moved the gas pipe for my stove. When I first called him due to my water not turning off under my sink he was here very fast! He was kind, explained everything that needed to be done and got to work. He also, was able to come out on a later date to move my gas line, so, my new gas range stove could fit in its spot and be hooked up properly. He has excellent both times I used him! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!!

Vitaliy is always friendly, professional, so quick to respond, and does great work. We recently had a water heater fail and called Vitaliy…he was here within an hour and we had a new water heater installed immediately. Over the next few days the pilot light kept going out and had to be relit multiple times. Called Vitaliy and he came back and replaced the gas regulator under warranty. Need a plumber? Call Vitaliy!

Diligent Plumbing was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and straightforward in their approach. Made sure we understood everything that was needed and what was optional at this time. Very quick turnaround on estimates and scheduling.

Had an emergency when our hot water heater busted and we had no hot water with two toddlers. Called and they came out in less than 2 hours on a weekend and got everything installed and done quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with the work done and the availability and clear communication. Will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future!
