DIR Remodeling

Miguel and company did a complete remodel of our kitchen including taking down an interior wall, relocating patio doors, creating a pantry and converting a closet into a bar. His crew were professional everyday and were a joy to have in our home not to mention the cleanest crew Iâ ve ever experienced. Each day they swept the floors and threw away all trash. We loved them so much they are already scheduled to come renovate a bathroom and second living area in a couple weeks.

Miguel and crew did a wonderful job painting the whole interior of our house. When they finished, every picture, etc. was placed exactly where it was before they started. Not a drop of paint was left on the floor as well. I highly recommend their work . The whole crew was personable and nice to be around as well.

Miguel and his crew were very professional and did a fantastic job. I’m very picky and would’ve been unhappy if I had to clean paint off my floors but not a drop of paint was found! Miguel patiently answered my questions and left paint for touch ups. I would highly recommend him and his crew for any job.

Very adept and knowledgeable. Initial walk thru provided clear and precise requirements to complete job. Workmanship is second to none. Miguel does not take shortcuts and finished product is better than expected.

They don t just paint, they do tile work and small plumbing. Very personal, replies from them are fast and answered all my question.

Miquel is a young man, but don't let that keep your from hiring him. He is thorough, personable, pays great attention to detail, and takes pride in his work. I plan on hiring him in the near future for some other remodeling projects in my home in Waco.

Prompt from the1st phone call

I first hired Miguel (via this google website) to replace several baseboards that had old water damaged. I found Miguel pleasant, knowledgeable, punctual and fair. His work is high quality. While doing the baseboard work, I asked Miguel if he does larger projects and remodeling. I had obtained two previous bids 3 months earlier for a project in my back yard where I wanted to create an addition for an existing outside patio adding two Pergolas, lengthening, stamping and staining the existing patio and adding a fire pit. Miguel offered a fair and reasonable bid. The end work is fantastic and beautifully done adding great appeal to the back yard. I highly recommend Miguel and his crew. I will be using him as my call first contractor on all future projects in my home. I also want to add that Miguel and his crew work well with friendly dogs that get nosey and want to see what is going on.

Miguel was fantastic. Great work, very responsible and just pleasant to see someone with such great work ethic. I'll never use anyone else to do my home repairs.

The eaves and fascia were in really bad shape on my home and so it needed to be repaired and painted. Much of the old paint needed to be removed and the caulk replaced. Miguel was very helpful from the beginning. He was honest about what work needed to be done, which was considerable. So when he gave me his estimate I was surprised, as it was considerably lower than other estimates I received. I was concerned about the low bid was and asked him if the finished job would be high quality. He assured me that it would be and so I hired him. The finished project turned out amazing. He and his workers were thorough and professional. He was also very communicative. After his crew finished I actually felt he underbid the project. Since I had a higher expectation of the expenses I decided to pay him more for his work. I will hire him again.
