Yes, I recommend this pro
I was able to get an appointment much sooner than anticipated, so that was a plus. The technician explained everything thoroughly and gave me a very detailed report after he was done. The report included a good amount of pictures so I was able to understand and see for myself what he was explaining. From start to finish he was great to work with - very professional, knowledgeable and I was impressed with how he took the care to keep everything clean. I highly recommend Dirty Chimney, and will be using them to service my fireplace going forward!
