They sent an inept service technician who could not do the job. Then they screwed on an appointment at a different location. They are a total waste of time.

Their technician showed up 45 min after our scheduled window, took 3 hours to do a basic smart doorbell install. For the camera, they accidentally drilled a HUGE HOLE right through our 140-year-old facade. No apology, no offer to compensate. They kept complaining that they had a long day and could use a nap - maybe OnTech is overworking their techs, but this was the worst install I have ever seen.

Well, they weren't able to install my thermostat through no fault of their own, it wasn't compatible, what I loved about the company was they completely refunded my money no questions asked. I didn't even have to call, they just did it which surprised me. The tech was great, everyone was exceptional and I just hired this company and they are coming today to install smart home services, camera's etc.

DISH Smart Home Services kept me updated with messages regarding thier technician's arrival time, the approximate time needed to complete the work, as well as ways to view a photo of the technician who would be doing the work at my house. The technician (Michael) arrived on time. He was very professional, appropriately dressed, identified himself immediately, courteous, and engaging in regard to the needs of the job, offering recommendations for the placement of the antenna for the best signal. He found the least obtrusive way to route the wiring into the house, without drilling unneeded holes in the foundation block too. In the end, he wasn't onsite longer than expected, cleaned up after installation, explained the antenna's capabilities, searched for available channels (39, way more than the 6-9 I had previously!) Overall, this was a very good experience, and if an OTA antenna is what you're looking for this is most likely the easiest way to get it, and have it installed.

The installer communicated what they were doing well and were very timely. I would use them again.

The Anttena I recieved keeps cutting out

According to my recent experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I placed an order to install an outdoor antenna. Dish Smart Home Services promptly took payment and scheduled my install for the next day between 8am-10am. The next day I waited, however no tech showed up. I called and was told it was an error in the system and a tech could not arrive until 3pm. I requested a refund as 3pm didn't work after taking time out of my schedule in the morning. I was informed my refund would be processed in 3-5 days. After the 6th day, I received no refund. I called to check on the status of my refund and was told it was another error in the system. I was also told to be prepared to give my social security number to verify my credit card, which I declined. Why would anyone mention my social security number? The company claims my refund would now be processed in another 7 days after another system error was now fixed. If this is the way this company does business, please stay away!

They were on time, worked with me on placement. Only issue they mounted the tv without attaching the lines first. Made it difficult to connect.

Our installer, Kevin, was great. He worked quickly and efficiently, answered all of our questions and was a pleasant person as well. The antenna works wonderfully and already was tested by a thunderstorm. Happy we went this direction and especially Hppy we picked Dish.
