Highly ethical and professional owner. My husband and I contracted with them to replace our roof. David Boes is the best! He stayed within our budget, provided high quality workmanship, completed the project timely and, basically did everything he said he was going to do for us. David Boes is extremely knowledgeable in his field and we would highly recommend him for any project.

Bathroom Remodel
David was very quickl to respond to our needs. He was able to step in and repair a "mess" left by another contractor. He was very egar to return to finish the project when parts I ordered arrived. I plan on having David back to address another project that needs to be finished. I thank his family for the time they spent while David worked on this project on Sat & Tue evening. Thank you David Betty Williams

Bathroom Remodel
DJB continued to check on the satisfaction of the bathroom remodel after it was completed on time and made sure Mom was satisfied. DJB went above and beyond to correct pre-existing flooring issues at no additiional charge. We were very happy with the work and Mom loves her new shower. Thank you for the excellent job and we recommend DJB highly.

Bathroom Remodel
Generally good to work with and a good price. the quality of the drywall detail finishing, done by a sub contractor, was not up to par. This was recognized by Dave but by then it was really too late.
Response from DJB Construction and Remodeling, LLC
"The sub-contractor was called back in to do the repairs as needed. The bathroom was re-painted owner was satisfied with the repair."

Bathroom Remodel
Friendly and reliable family business. Did the work as discussed - had good ideas and were flexible when change was necessary (had to demolish chimney and then built in a closet) . When I wasn't satisfied with an aspect of the tiling, they changed as desired. Very good on daily cleanup - put carpet down to protect floors, etc. With the exception of sloppy caulking of the tub/shower door, all work was done very well. I am satisfied with the bathroom remodel.
Response from DJB Construction and Remodeling, LLC
"The caulking was dry and the shower was used by mistake I did the repairs as needed and owner was satisfied."

Bathroom Remodel
DJB Construction did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. They were very clean--put down carpet from front door to bathroom, The job was completed in a timely fashion considering the tropical storm and Holiday. David suggested some modifications to my overall design which enhanced the finished product, They were neither highest or lowest in price comparison.

David Boes did an awesome job on my addition. He listened, and carried out exactly what I wanted. He is very accomodating, honest, and doesn't gouge on the pricing. I could not have had a better experience, and plan to do more using DJB Construction and Remodeling. David Boes represents what every contractor should be. It was a great experience, and I am thrilled with the addition to my home.
