I am so pleased with OB Appliance Repair! I called for an appointment yesterday, and my clothes dryer was fixed today. Donovan was excellent. He is knowledgeable and conscientious. Yesterday, he suggested I take a picture of the model number and text it to him. Today, he came prepared with the necessary replacement part. He explained exactly what he was doing, and what we should expect. I’ll definitely call OB Appliance when I need another appliance repaired.

I recently had my dishwasher repaired by Donovan and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly identified the problem. Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. The level of professionalism and expertise was top-notch. My dishwasher is now running like new, and I’m so relieved to have it back in working order. I highly recommend OB Appliance Repair to anyone in need of appliance repairs. Their service exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs!

Donovan does not deserve five stars.. He deserves 10.‼️ he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs necessary. Cleaned everything up before he left. Plus, he was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him.

I didn’t get the opportunity to work with them yet (maybe my problem was operator-error), but they were very friendly, and understanding when I had to ultimately cancel my appointment. We will definitely call OB next time we have an issue, super easy to schedule and they have last-minute availability!
