"It was a simple mistake that some contractors miss, years ago they changed the way treated lumber was treated. The deck was built well 2X10 construction it wasn't a cheap build with composite material. Every supporting post had two if not four cage bolts. Where they failed was they used non coated screws and No hangers in the construction, that deck should be there long after I am gone."
