I appreciated the quick response to my questions about what I needed (a spring on one garage door snapped). My main concern was that this one door, as well as the second door, would need more work than just the broken spring. My fears were confirmed. Thankfully, D&J worked with me to make sure we could afford to get all the necessary work done. My only complaint was that they were a little late showing up. They did call to inform me they were running late, but they weren't able to leave my house until around 11:00 PM. We are now happy with our new product and are hopeful we won't need any more garage work in the near future. NICE GUY!

Jaime was extremely professional and courteous. They arrived within an hour and charged no emergency fee - even though that would have been understandable considering it was New Year's Eve! We have already recommended them to other family members who have upcoming garage door needs.

They were able to service my garage door same day as the day the spring broke. They did arrive about 45 minutes later than expected, but still had it fixed by the time they knew I had to leave. The cost was significantly lower than a couple other companies I had called and the warranty much better. Lifetime on the springs with 1 year on labor.

A very polite young man came to do the work. We had a written estimate which was accurate, and excellent service.!! Would gladly refrer them to all our friends.
