We have had a leaky shower for years, had it looked at several times and no one figured it out. Harvey methodically diagnosed that the shower pan was badly installed and removed the tiles, installed a new pan, replaced the tiles, testing at each step. It looks perfect, no more leaks. This was a multi-day project. They communicated well, cleaned up after themselves and were always professional. They also repaired the damaged ceiling in the bathroom below. A full-service shop. I highly recommend.

I have been trying to get a job finished with this company but they have not contacted me. I am a disabled person and most of my fixtures were kaput. It took a while to get them to start the job then they left me high and dry. They returned after a while then left me with an unfinished job and still no lights in some rooms. I have been trying to contact them but they never answer. I'm very disappointed in this company. The worker was fine, but the company is not up to par. I'm still waiting for lights...

"Pat, We appreciate your review, but in fairness you should review entire issue, as your are being misleading & attempting to take advantage. We informed you that we CANNOT mount 3 of your ceiling fans without properly installing 3 ceiling mounted electrical boxes, as that would be a hazard. We cannot relocate an electrical switch in kitchen due to the excessive hoarding, we will not relocate your personal belongings, this must be done prior. The additional cost for the ceiling boxes, opening your ceiling, installation & closing ceiling cannot simply be done for free. We have completed 50 percent of your job without any payment. We are happy to supply additional pricing for work to be done, but as you mention you cannot afford to do any more work. Please do not lash out on our company simply because we will not work for free."

Seems to be a reputable company. The mechanic explained what he was doing and why and was very personable. He calibrated the boiler and turned it on for the season. I can better evaluate this company as I work with them over time.

DJH were on time, did quality work and left the work space clean. There was a problem the first visit so we rescheduled and they were very nice about that too. I highly recommend them and will use them again myself.

Very unprofessional showed up late got an estimate for about $350 ended up charging me $800. If you value money please do not use this company asked for a breakdown of the bill refused to give it to me I believe Home advisor should take some kind of action

You signed this in acknowledgment & we even did some additional work without additional charge. If your unhappy with pricing I apologize but we disclosed all & have a very good review status in general as we are upfront about pricing."

These guys were great. We have a condominium. He did all the work up to the responsibility of the condominium when he found out he could not go any further. The condominium's plumbing was damaged and he stopped at that point. He was there for two hours working on our property, and because he could not finish the project he did not charge me at this time. Very respectful. Good as it gets.

Excellent work. Great communications via email, and phone. Timelines was good - if delayed he would let us know. Cleaned up well. Solved the problem. Required 2 visits as a part had to be ordered. Pricing reasonable but a little higher than usual for this type of work due to needing 2 visits. Considering the time he put in it was reasonable.
