David was personal and just a very nice guy. He had ingenious ideas about completing my "honey-do-list".....came up with stronger and better methods. Ie restringing a clotheslines and strengthening bent bird house stands. He's a hard and steady worker and I would definitely recommend him to others !

First the positives. Dave is a nice guy, works with you to make sure he is building what you want and what he builds is very sturdy. Now the negatives. Dave is very, very slow; at least more than two times slower than any other handyman or carpenter I have ever worked with. He may offer you a rate as low as $40 per hour but this rate is equivalent to paying $80+ per hour to a handyman or carpenter who works at the normal pace. Also, if your project requires more than one visit, your project may not be completed for weeks or months since Dave will often only come to work on the project one day every 2 to 4 weeks. So, if you have a small project and live near Clintonville, Dave may be the right person for your job. Otherwise, be prepared for a slow, lengthy project and a huge bill.

It was a hard job but the charge was awful high. Since I only live on social security, he did knock some money off of the bill. But he was very good and would like to call him back in the spring to do a small project for me.
