The company gets the 2.5 but the house cleaner gets a 3.5. 1) House cleaner was 15 minutes early and had to wait 25 minutes for the owner and manager to show up. 2) Manager: a) never gave an estimate at beginning of job; b) did not listen to my 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours estimated cleaning time due to several months since house was cleaned. 3) Manager was back in 2 hours and was ticked off when the house cleaner helped me to change the air filter. 4) Manager quoted me a price but when I checked my statement the charge was $5.00 more. 5) Manager attempted to force me into scheduling a) a weekly cleaning; b) then a bi-weekly; c) continued until she finally accepted my every 3 months. I may use this company one more time because of the house cleaner. She was a little slow but it may have been due to my talking with her. She did a very good job with the time limit she was given. There are a couple of tricks I think she can add to her technic.

DJM cleaning went out of their way to squeeze us into their schedule when my husband was released from a nursing home after 3 months. Their staff worked efficiently with much attention to detail. It was a blessing to be able to bring him home to such a clean and fresh environment. Thank you, DJM cleaning!!

I hired DJM Cleaning to complete a move-out cleaning of my townhouse when I moved. They did an awesome job. The price was very reasonable. Due to a few mishaps on my end, I did not have my place totally emptied before my appointment (FYI the team was able to come out on a Sunday, which was perfect! I didn't have to take an extra day off work). I called them, the morning of, and they were very accomodating. I really appreciated the professionalism and excellent customer service. They did a great job with the cleaning. The place was a.) much cleaner than I ever could have done on my own, and b.) cleaner than when I moved in! I couldn't be happier with the service.
