D&J Masonry and Paving

D&J Masonry And Paving did a beautiful job for us. We had redone our staircase and pavers done in our backyard and side walkway. They are true professionals- reasonable price, got the job done very quick, arrive on time everyday, and clean up each day after the they're done. Thank you guys! Highly Recommend

After interviewing a number of waterproofing companies, we decided to hire D&J Masonry & Paving for our project and we are so glad that we did. Prior to beginning, D&J came and reviewed the scope of work with us to make sure everyone was on the same page. On the day the work began, D&J decided to expand the scope of work to ensure a fully waterproof basement, but honoured their original quote. The owner of the business is very hands on. It has been about a 5 months and we have had no water issues in our basement ! Sorry about the late review guys . Much appreciate the service

We found it was necessary to get some work done fast when the roof and walls were leaking down into the house. At first we called D and J Masonary and Paving with what we thought would be a small patch up job in one section of the house. Turns out Dennis and James found our problem extended to the upper floor and alerted us. With empathy, Dennis and James, along with their team, worked with us to make the best decisions for our house at a fair price. In a timely manner, and with a friendly disposition, the D and J team patched up the roof and replaced dry wall and rotting wood through out the house. Included in the price was weathering protection throughout the house, sealed cracks due to water damage, and a fresh coat of paint when the work was done.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Dennis , was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Dennis was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Dennis though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Dennis, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!

D&J Paving And Masonry replaced our roof and did an excellent job. Overall, we were happy with the quality of service, materials used and responsiveness of D&J Masonry And Paving. We worked with dennis and he was very professional and always responded in a timely manner. He supervised the installation process and was present when the work was completed. They installed high quality Owen Corning Shingles and provided 50 years warranty. I am pleased with the work they did and will recommend them to others.
