The number of times he went upstairs and back down to the garage to track down an issue caused by a previous electrician was truly commendable. He made sure everything promised was delivered, even though the previous work was not in his favor and created additional challenges. He also came back multiple times to replace plugs and switches in hard-to-reach spots behind the washer and other appliances, making sure nothing was overlooked.
