They diagnosed my original appliances which was 15 years old, a washer and dryer, which had a lot of rust and was not worth fixing. They went above and beyond and researched online for a new appliance set that worked for my needs. His help saved me time and assured me that I was getting the right appliance. This was all provided at a reasonable fee and he picked up the new appliances from out of down and installed the new appliances. He spent about an hour hooking everything up and also hauled away my old appliances. He did a super job.

Derrick provided diagnosis of the problem, showing pictures for us to see the damaged parts. He gave estimates for the cost of the work and allowed us to decide if we should repair or purchase a replacement appliance. We chose to purchase a replacement appliance, and we appreciate his honest assessment. He was not pushy, just gave us facts and let us decide which way we wanted to go!
