"We are sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with the finished product. All work completed by DJ's Construction and the electrical contractor were according to the plans which were approved by the homeowner before being permitted. If any changes were desired, we would have been more than happy to accommodate them, although changes to the original permitted plans are subject to additional costs based on labor and/or materials. We disclosed to the homeowner that it would be difficult to match the facing of the new addition to the existing veneer that is 20+ years old; the style/color of the new veneer was the choice of the homeowner."
