David was on time, He was very polite and respectful. Even though on this day he worked alone he moved some furniture around for me and worked hard to get my carpets clean. He carried the very large cleaning unit into the house. The only reason I didn't give him five stars is because the unit did not totally take up the two small stains and only about 90% of the soil in one small, very soiled traffic area. This may be because this one area was so heavily soiled and perhaps the two small stains wouldn't have come up with any kind of equipment or stain remover. The carpets did look much much better and in most areas they looked almost new.

We are just very pleased with his work. We like his demeanor and work. We are not using him at this time due to money manners, but he was very good at cleaning the high traffic spots in our building. He was 100%.
