"My apology for the windows. The streaks on the windows were caused by broken seals of which your husband was very aware. We wouldn't have recommended doing them except when your selling it was the best job we could have done. As for the credit card information, once we place the card into House Call Pro we have no further access with the credit card information. You as the client has the option of leaving the credit card info for future use with are company or taking it out. We still when it saves the card don't have any access to the numbers."
"I must have called you six times to return to redo your service again. Our tech did not notice that the machine was malfunctioning. As you were impossible to reach, and we wanted to finish your service. I am amazed that you couldn't return the 6th call for us to offer the free service. But that was your choice to stay the course. "It is unfortunate that you did not hire our service but it was not too small for us. Our machine broke and we were having problems getting the part and we even let you know that. We have not bid a tile and grout job since you bid and would appreciate you judging our service. Not our bid. I was not going to burden you with all the bids until I knew we could complete the job."
"Unfortunately, we were delayed to your home due to an emergency. We did the service asked for and sent (via email) 9 invoices per your request. No phone numbers were provided and a 10 percent discount was supplied and given for the late visit. Three attempts where my direct phone number was given. . As a professional, I have never blocked a customer, but your final attempt at extortion was to be rude on the phone to me.
