Our water heater had been leaking. I contacted Dean’s Home Services on Thursday AM 3/5/2026. Their representative Mike Washburn arrived that afternoon. He discussed our options, and we chose a Bradford White water heater. Mike arranged for an install the next day and disconnected the old water heater. At 8:00 AM the next day installers Cody Washburn and Sebastian arrived. The new water heater was installed in an hour and a half. The old heater removed and cleanup completed. We had hot water in less than 24 hours after our original call. Mike, Cory and Sebastian were very helpful and professional. We could not be happier!

Part 2, the tech that came out yesterday didn't have the correct equipment for what he was trying to do because he came out for a different reason. This is him going above and beyond his job, anywho they came back out today to finish and the tech Eli gave me a call ahead, he showed up on time, he greeted me with a smile and handshake. He then put on some shoe covers which I was very thankful for. He got right to work and asked me to come look at what he found in my main drain and explained every 74 in of the way where the issues were and what needed to get done. Then he told me about a program that the city of St Paul has for homeowners with issues. He explained the process and program in great detail. He answered all my questions with no hesitation which told me he knows what he's doing. I ended up agreeing to get my main drain fixed through this program because Eli was very professional and polite and courteous and honest. Thank you for everything.

Andrew installed my new furnace last week. He was very professional, very friendly and extraordinary efficient! As a single homeowner, he did a fantastic job explaining how to operate my new investment in a very relatable way. He went above and beyond when he filled an hole created by squirrels near my air conditioner.
I have used Dean’s for two significant projects; they over delivered on both jobs!

Dean's Home Services installed a water heater and new basement ceiling lights on separate occasions. Both times the tecnicians were out quickly to give me estimates and followed up right away with the installation. The techs were professional, personable, and polite. I have had no trouble with the new items and I didn't even have to clean up afterwards. 5 stars for sure.

Shane, the plumber, cleared the drain clog. He was friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Shane estimated it would take an hour and it took only about half an hour. I was then charged a ridiculous $830. I feel I was way overcharged and am not happy with this. I do not recommend Dean's Home Services.

Tyler at Dean’s was able to come out quickly and get a very complicated job done quickly and reasonably priced. He was thorough and cleaned the space up nicely upon leaving.
