My wife and I were looking for a contractor to remodel. After three quotes, we decided on hiring Johnny (Home Good Construction) considering several factors mostly being price, timeline and willingness to listen and give us a product that we would be happy with. Not only did he meet our expectations, but exceeded them. I had the design, and he followed my concepts accurately. The job entailed new cabinets with all lower drawers, countertop, some plumbing, drywall and some electrical work. Johnny has communication skills and has worked well with me discussing variables as we went along. Johnny also has a great eye for what looks good and what does not. There were a few changes that we made, but he always informed me if there were any changes to the original contract that would increase the cost. I was also very pleased with his subcontractors. They were all highly skilled and did their work in a timely fashion. The tilework is particularly fantastic and artfully installed. I would gladly use his services again and recommend Home Good Construction. Johnny is a great guy and I loved working with him.
