They were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to clean my dryer vent including even going to Home Depot to get a taller ladder to reach the vent areas and properly clean them. Would recommend.

I wish I could give the kind of glowing review others have given this business, but unfortunately, my experience was different. After remarking about my white carpet when they arrived, the workers then proceeded to drag dirty hoses back and forth over that white carpet. (Good grief guys, this is what you do for a living, haven't you figured out how to clean those hoses between jobs?) They dirties the carpet so much that I had to get it shampooed. Next, they drug those dirty hoses around the corners of each room, dirtying the corners and rubbing paint off the walls and woodwork. The paint on those walls was eight year old. Have you ever tried to salvage some usable paint from a bucket of eight year old, mostly dried up, paint? Fortunately, we managed to salvage enough wall paint to fix most of the damage. I still have woodwork to paint. I will be posting photo's of the damage on this site soon.

They were friendly and work hard. They explain how the cleaning of the duct would make the breathing a different. When they were done, I put my face toward the duct and you can feel the clean air.

He arrived with assistant, did the job and left. I would consider using them again.

This was my first experience in having duct work cleaned and I could not have asked for a better job. Dave and Chris arrived on time and began work quickly. They were very considerate in the need to finish one of the bedrooms quickly. Extra time was needed because of the condition of the return air vents. I gladly recommend them for this service.

Both techs were professional and polite. The main goal was to mitigate the previous owner's over powering smoker smell. We had done everything else including cleaning all the walls, floors, light fixtures and painting the whole interior of the house. Each of those helped but cleaning the ducts is what finally did the trick.

I did not like the fact that he had set his battery operated drill/screwdriver on the highly varnished table in the living room. It was fortunate it was not scratched

I'm thankful they were able to come out on such a short notice. Overall, they did a good job and the process only took about a hour.
